Message	our billet inserts. There will be the same amount of issues with these on the timing belt surface as OEM since they are in fact the OEM gears. The inserts have held up to abuse on several vehicles in the shop in addition to several customers cars. As long as they are installed properly the reliability will be the same as the Tomei. Definitely worth the purchase if using cams as having the ability to adjust the exhaust cam timing has proven great results for many reasons.
